Building Services

Building Services is responsible for providing custodial services to 150 buildings spanning 7 million cleanable square feet. This area comprises academic, administrative, athletic, and residential buildings.

Routine Services

Building Services provides cleaning and disinfecting services, as well as collection and removal of landfill and recyclable waste from buildings.

Additional Services

• Carpet extraction

• Upholstery cleaning

• Stain removal

• Water extraction and cleanup after flooding events

• Restorative cleaning, such as scrubbing and refinishing floors

• Snow removal from building entrances and exits (walkways, ramps, and stairs)

• Wall washing and graffiti removal

• Window cleaning

• Contractor coordination:

• Pest control

• Exterior window cleaning above ground level

• Landfill and recyclable waste removal from campus

• Event services - waste collection and removal
