More than a dozen units relocating across campus

More than a dozen units at the University already have moved or soon will be relocated across campus. The moves come in the aftermath of several units across campus moving into new quarters over the past year.  Bond Hall   Formerly the home to the School of Architecture, Bond Hall, together with the nearby Coleman-Morse Center, will form a student-learning district on campus. By the end of the summer the Graduate School, and Flatley Center for Undergraduate Scholarly Engagement will be located in Bond, along with a cluster of initiatives reporting through the associate provost and chief academic digital officer and a forthcoming learning initiative for first-year students in science and engineering. The Institute for Latino Studies has also taken up residence in Bond. Read More

Baumers make gift to Notre Dame for new residence hall

Holy Cross Drive partially closed over Spring Break

During Spring Break, there will be a partial road closure and detour that will affect campus traffic, including the campus shuttle. Harris Family Track & Field Stadium earns LEED Silver

Holy Cross Drive near Fire Station to close Dec. 17 to Jan. 12

Beginning Monday, Dec. 17, the Utilities Department will completely close Holy Cross Drive from west of the Fire Station to east of the St. Liam Parking Lot.  This closure is expected to last until Saturday, Jan. 12. The sidewalk between the Fire Station and the St. Liam parking lot will be closed Dec. 3 to Jan. 18. Construction begins on new women’s residence hall in east quadrangle

Construction will commence December 10 on a four-story women’s residence hall located east of Dunne Hall in the East Quadrangle. The 68,000-square-foot facility will accommodate 225 undergraduate women and is expected to be ready for occupancy in August 2020. Read More
