Malloy Hall Renovation

The College of Arts and Letters is undertaking a multiphase renovation of Malloy Hall to enhance academic, office, and shared spaces throughout the building. The project includes reorganizing departmental spaces, with Theology primarily occupying the first and second floors and Philosophy primarily occupying the third and fourth floors. Renovations will include improvements to faculty offices, corridors, restrooms, and classrooms, as well as the creation of additional shared conference rooms and lounge areas. The project will also include upgrades to lighting, ceilings, flooring, and interior finishes throughout the building. Construction is expected to begin in December 2026 and continue in phases through summer 2028.
