Utility work that began this week on the Grace Hall grounds (east of the building across from the D2 South Lot) is scheduled to continue through Friday, Dec. 5.
Existing utility lines are being relocated in preparation for the future construction of two new undergraduate residence halls. A temporary fence was erected last week to seal off the work zone, affecting a portion of the east walkway leading to Grace Hall and the walkway between Grace Hall and Pasquerilla East. (See map below for accessible pedestrian walkways while the utility work is taking place.)
All Grace Hall doorways and entrances will remain open during the work period. Please use the accessible walkways for the safest access to the building.
Additional work will begin in the coming weeks to the east of Grace Hall and Pasquerilla East as other portions of the utility lines are relocated.
