East Tunnel Project: Updated Logistics Plans
The aerial map below shows the phase of tunnel construction affecting St. Joseph Drive. In order to minimize disruptions to campus traffic, a bypass road will be built around the construction site to facilitate the work required to allow the tunnel to cross St. Joseph Drive.
Starting Monday, Sept. 8, a new traffic pattern, including a 2-way road with dedicated pedestrian sidewalk, will bypass the construction area.

Eddy Street Road Closure
As part of the South Campus Tunnel and Infrastructure Project, Eddy Street will be closed to vehicular traffic between the Stayer Center for Executive Education parking lot entrance to the east entrance of the Mendoza College of Business building beginning at 6 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 8 until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014. The purpose of this closure is to install underground electrical, phone, storm sewer and sanitary lines to support service to the Campus Crossroads Project buildings and Legends. The attachment shows the limits of the construction project area.
