Planning Design and Construction

The Office of Planning Design and Construction (PDC) provides leadership and expertise from project initiation and design through construction and delivery for all of the University's new construction, renovations, infrastructure, energy upgrades and all other major building maintenance initiatives. Additionally, PDC is responsible for interior architecture design, space planning and campus accessibility upgrades.

Led by Doug Marsh, Vice President of Facilities Design and Operations and University Architect, the office consists of a diverse team of architects, project managers, designers and administrative professionals. In addition to managing a project's progress, PDC staff stay current with the latest trends in sustainability initiatives and in the construction industry to drive efficiency and enhance project management delivery.
